Pies and Cheesecakes

DK Pastry LLC distributes cheesecakes produced by Rudy’s of Bloomfield, New Jersey. Rudy's cheesecakes are 100% all natural and come in over 10 different flavors, as well as seasonal and holiday varieties. The cheesecakes come in 3", 8" and 10" sizes, and can be pre-sliced upon request. The flavors include :

Chocolate-Chip	Bailey's Irish Cream
Key Lime	New York Style
Marble

We have also produced 5" and 8" cookie cobbler pies whose all-butter crust provides an alternative to the traditional pie.

Custom Products

            DK Pastry has also produced many custom items such as pie dough bars, apple blooms, lava cakes and more. We are knowledgeable in baking techniques for many different products, and successfully work closely with customers to produce items to their exact specifications.
